"Top notch! I'm a 71-yr-old female solo traveler, and this place is perfectly located, extremely clean, serves very good breakfast 'til noon, good dinner 'til 9pm, and staff is attentive and helpful. "Hotel tres bien placé dans le centre historique de Bogota: la Candelaria. Belle chambre très confortable et calme. Une terrasse sur le toit où on peut prendre le temps de flaner. "We loved our stay at this little hotel. Pros: - breakfast buffet in pretty, sunny atrium - comfortable beds - Good hot water and water pressure - Concierge and breakfast staff especially lovely - Location, location, location - charming feeling, and many public spaces Cons: - We had an interior room on the beautiful interior patio, but needed a fan (which the front desk immediately provided) for air circulation - rooftop restaurant seemed out of character as it was bright and sterile feeling "

"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."

"Tuvimos una experiencia decente en este lugar. Aunque la habitación tenían algunos detalles por mejorar, como la humedad en la parte inferior ya que Bogotá me parecía frío, el baño era reducido y la TV no funcionaba correctamente, la verdad es que no nos molestó demasiado. La razón básicamente era descansar, y en ese sentido cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Es un lugar tranquilo, el personal fue muy amable y tiene una buena ubicación."

"This was such a lovely hotel. We were the only guests staying, it has a beautiful court yard and the room was large and comfortable. There was a bit of a language barrier with the staff, but nothing we couldn’t get around. The road it is on looks run down, but there are lovely cafes on it up the hill and the main shopping area is just around the corner. "

"Everyone was nice and friendly. Someone on staff knew english on every shift. The pool was great as well was the frinks and food. Room was great besides the noise from constant traffic at all hours of the night. I think if i had a room not overlooking the street it would have been fine but the first night was kinda restless due to the noise. No fridge or microwave. I ended up getting a fridge by asking the front desk for one because i needed it. I would stay again as long as i had a different...

"The hotel was good overall. We were able to walk to Plaza Bolívar, Monserrate, Chorro de Quevedo, and several other attractions. While the hotel could use a bit of TLC, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty and very convenient, making it easy to start our day. We arrived on a Saturday, and on Sunday the Mercado de las Pulgas (a kind of flea market) takes place on the same street. It made walking around a bit tricky, but it wasn’t a major issue. "
