Nice hostel. Good staff

If you're needing privacy but at hostel prices then this place could be for you Well located in the city, with a short walk to most of the sights Asked for and given a quiet room at the back A bit of a struggle up multiple flights of stairs with my healing broken leg Breakfast is added to the bill and although very cheap I wouldn't recommend it, esp the fruit bowl, which was unpleasant I'd come here again

Alguns quartos sao super barulhentos, devido as escadas serem antigas e ter um rooftop com drinks ate meia noite, mas eu pedi para trocar de quarto e os atendentes me ajudaram com tudo, foram atenciosos e prestativos.

Great place to stay

Local staff were very helpful and friendly. Free bike to borrow on Sunday to take part in the cicolovia. Nice, varied (though a little small in terms of portion size) breakfasts, and being able to eat on the rooftop patio was a bonus. There was a live DJ on Friday, which was cool. Beers were cheap. Cool design to the building. I was in a private single room and it met all of my needs for a good price. Great location - easy to walk places and taxis pass by right in front. I would definitely stay here again.

Good price , convenient location, cute place love all the plants . Down side its loud , and the ladder to the bunk beds are not the easiest. First step is too far off the ground. One night one of the girls in the dorm fell off her bunk because it was dark and the last step was too far off the ground. The step is far off because it’s the storage locker so I understand why . The later is straight upwards as well you’ll have to pull yourself up so if that’s a mobility issue I would say request a bottom bunk if possible.

Great staff!

I didn't spend much time at the hostel, but one thing that stood out was the staff. Always very attentive, helpful and friendly. Everything is well cleaned and the beds are comfy. Some rooms facing the streets may be subject to noise in the mornings and whenever nightlife is happening (Friday/Saturday). I found there wasn't much of an atmosphere around the hostel even though there are many communal areas (TV room, rooftop terrace, dining room, ...) - maybe because the furniture isn't very inviting as it seems to have been acquired randomly and definitely has seen better days.

Mein Mann und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Das koloniale Gebäude hat einen tollen Charme, wir lieben es mehr als standart Kettenhotels. Die Lage ist genial, mitten in La Candelaria, wo man fussläufig alles erreichen kann. Sehr hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück und die unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeiter.
