"-The lobby was packed and only two people at the check-in -There were at least 5 GrubHub delivery drivers taking up the lobby and the entrance -I wanted to have lunch in the bar but it was closed until 5PM (On a Saturday afternoon downtown) A 4 Star hotel with no place to eat -If you wanted early Check-In it was $50. That's just cheap -No ice on my floor -No pool -WiFi for only 1 day. The next day is $10 I'll never stay there again."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Michigan Avenue and is conveniently close to downtown attractions, including Navy Pier. I didn't use the hotel's amenities or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. One thing to note is that there is no bell service. If you choose to self-park, the parking garage is about 1.5 blocks from the hotel rather than in the building. I also found the valet staff to be less helpful than expected—they mainly collect your car keys and...

But I suffered seriously flu in flying and cancled all the meetings to fly back to home for fever and very uncomfortable body, when I talked to them try to cancel one night, nobody agreed to that. SO I just felt so disappointed for the service. I even lost my voice but nobody like to help me. so the hotel condition is not important but the human being is most important."
