"I have stayed at this hotel before. It is so convenient to Piccadilly train station. It is undergoing refurbishment right now but this diodnt affect my stay, except for the view of scaffolding from the restaurant. The rooms are large and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub provided. The bar staff and reception and the diningroom staff were very friendly,.I have already booked my next stay"

"This was my second stay at this hotel. It was most enjoyable as it was the first time! The room was very comfortable and the bed especially was especially relaxing. The hotel offered a special breakfast price which was most incredible and the food was a very generous spread as well as tasty. If I ever return to Manchester, I will definitely stay there!"

"The door between two rooms didn’t have a clock, so that we asked to change to another room and we were queueing to ask for changing. Although there was only one group of people in front of us, we waited for a long time. It seems that the check-in process was not quite efficient and it took more than 20 mins to checkin a group in 6. Finally the problem was solved and staff were helpful. Other things are good."

"Overall a nice stay. We stayed for 4 nights but on the second night our television in our room broke. So we raised the issue and they moved us to another room and gave us complementary breakfast which was really kind. The second room we moved to the air con isn’t get cold. The hotel is in really good condition and I would stay there again. Just think we were unfortunate during our stay. "
