"Our initial room smelled of chemicals as construction was ongoing during our hotel stay. Fridge in the room was not plugged in so we were unable to keep food cold initially. Our serious safety concern was the shower in our room malfunctioned and would not turn off. It remained on full blast with extremely hot, scalding water. At the same time, one side of shower was sealed, making it difficult to safely exit the stall. We were upgraded to another room."
