The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were very clean. My son was hoping for a pool but for our quick stay, the need for a pool was minor. The location was in a quiet area, removed from some not so great neighborhoods, but close enough to the Broadmoor. I was mostly impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the property and would absolutely stay here again.

This room was clean! Afternoon staff at check-in was actually rude (brunette clerk) and you all would have gotten 1 star based on her performance. However, the blond clerk evening was very helpful and the room was immaculate. It's been years since I've been in a hotel room that clean! It was refreshing!
