"If you have forgotten what great service in a traditional hotel is like come to the Hotel Continental. Everyone from the front desk to the dining room could not be more kind and helpful. When I mentioned that we were going to the floating sauna on the Oslo fjord, Anna at the front desk offered to have towels and water ready when we left. "First of all, the breakfast buffet is amazing. It goes on and on, all fresh and very well made. The bed was good, not great and ventilation was best by window. If you don't like a duvet, the desk will get you a sheet. The hotel is very clean. It was economical and in a residential area. Buses were very close, subway a 10 minute walk."

"Good location, a stone throw away from Oslo Sentral. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. It was a weekend and too many occupants in the hotel, so we were given 50 minutes for the breakfast only, otherwise I could spend two hours eating. The next day we have a early train to catch, the hotel is very considerate to prepare mini buffet breakfast from 430am for the early birds."

"This hotel was very close to the train station…about a 5 minute walk. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful with our questions and requests. Best of all was the amazing breakfast…delicious and such a wide variety of offerings. For a small additional fee we were able to pack up a lunch for our travel day. We would stay here again!"

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

Basic, clean close to Oslo S hotel could be noisy7

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."
