"The outlet/charging situation in the room was difficult to manage. The fact that you couldn’t charge anything when the lights were off was frustrating. Most ppl charge their devices at night so when that wasn’t an option we had to improvise. "

The new EV chargers are complicated and not user friendly. Took 3 tries to get a room that had a bed that didn’t sink down in one side. Mattresses need an upgrade. "
