"The breakfast was fine. They had two options for eggs, two different types of sausages some home fries a pancake machine. If you want waffles they had them. You can just heat them up. "The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit. "

"Comfortable, large, clean room. Breakfast ok. The property is very dated and run down. Needs updating. Also people in room across from me loud until midnight and hall smelled like smoke. A smoke alarm battery went off at night and when I called front desk from my room, the connection was not good and the staff member couldn’t hear me. I had to go downstairs to tell her. It took about an hour for the beeping to stop. The next morning she said she had just taken it off the wall?! There are 2...

"The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text).
