"Good location"

"A nice hotel within walking distance of the centre of Tirana, but with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was reasonable. The hotel has a nice outdoor cafe area which had a nice vibe as it was used by locals as well as hotel guests. Fast wifi throughout the hotel Staff were very friendly. The bus from Tirana airport stops virtually right outside the hotel - but you need to let the driver know that you want the stop. If travelling out of Tirana by bus from North and South bus terminal it is at least 15/20 minute taxi drive from the hotel and costs around 7 Euros."

"I was asked to leave my car keys with the hotel staff because their parking area is very small for a hotel of that size. During this time, my rental vehicle was damaged by a member of the hotel staff. I have CCTV footage of the incident, as well as a signed incident report from the hotel. They initially promised to cover the cost of the damage within 3–4 days. However, it has now been over two weeks, and instead of compensating me, they have only been providing excuses and delaying the payment."

"We had a mixed experience at Starlight Hotel. The room was well equipped with a TV, desk, mini fridge with water, large windows, plenty of storage and two large beds. The bathroom was spacious and included a rainfall shower, bidet, hairdryer and illuminated mirrors, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient, close to the main square and tourist attractions, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were friendly and made check in easy. There are also dining options available in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, there were several downsides. The TV did not have working channels or access to smart features. The room had some cleanliness issues, including hair, stains and signs of wear. The safe was not usable due to missing batteries. Air conditioning was weak, and opening the window led to noise from outside. There was also some disturbance from other guests that was not resolved. Additionally, the kettle was provided without tea or coffee, and the room was difficult to locate as the hotel is down a side street. Overall, the hotel has a good location and decent facilities, but improvements in maintenance and comfort would make a big difference."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Within a 10 minute walk to the square. Also close to where the bus from the aiport picks up and drops off. Along with good places to eat. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was basic but good and filling. My only critism is while there is noise cancelling from the outside of the hotel. There is not from within. I regularly heard people talking outside my room including people coming back late at night. What I would say however is for the price it is incredibly worth it. "

The service was exceptional, and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel itself was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also perfect—close to everything and very convenient. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It truly felt like the staff cared about making my stay special.
