"Excellent room and services and excellent staff. Reception staff Tamara was very accommodative of our needs and she even arrange a car with driver for us for a 12 hour trip starting early morning. The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff are friendly, the room is clean, but tired looking.I saw notification they are refurbishing the rooms. Location is great, within walking distance from Yogyakarta Tugu train station, about 10 to 12 minutes, and also about 20+ minutes to Keraton and the presidential palace. "

The area is bustling with stores, live music bands, food, horse carriages and what not. Excellent area to stay in. Zalfa also helped in extending our stay for one more night. Highly recommend. "

The room is average. The shower doesn't work. Only hot water comes out of the faucet. Also, the noise from the nearby shops is really loud. "Broken shower which was never fixed over our 4 night stay dispite telling them. A lot of mould. Incredibly spicy traditional breakfast. It’s only saving grace was that the beds were comfortable even though I did have a single duvet in a double duvet cover.. "
