"At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again."

"Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp "

"A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. "The room was very clean. I arrived before the check in time as I had to go to a Leeds United match. The staff offered to keep my luggage so I could check in later after the match. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly. Thanks for the experience."

"The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was good but the stand out feature of our stay were the staff. All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the discount on hotel bar items was great. "

"The room was spacious and clean, just what you need for a base for a family visit. The pool is small but nice, water not cold. The breakfast is fantastic, with a very good choice of hot and cold food. The area is a modern office heavy area but with coffee shops and local tesco/sainsburys to grab snacks etc. About a 10 minute walk to the station/main shopping area. Car parking is plentiful but is an extra charge to be aware of. A great stay, I think our third, we will be back."
