"Lovely stay at Quebecs with a complimentary upgrade which was nice and not done enough in the hotel world. Nice historical hotel with great features and lovely old decor. We both had the best night's sleep we've had in a while, the bed was really comfy. Bar was cosy but expensive. A few niggles in the room, tea tray could have been improved for a 4☆. I've stayed in much worse hotels with a better offering. Couldn't get the TV to work. All in all though I would definately stay there again."

"Newly refurbished and nicely done. Overall the hotel is a 5 out of 5. Breakfast used good quality ingredients, but staff were overwhelmed at what was clearly a peak time- hash browns still frozen solid in the middle and most other items cold. Unhelpful lady on Sunday morning too- I asked where the eggs were and was told they were "over there" when they clearly weren't. It would have taken her 2 extra seconds to help. Maybe just a bad day. Also parking isn't really an option as advertised....

"What a brilliant hotel, clean with an amazing team. Our room was large with an open plan kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The only disappointment was breakfast, which is a shame because breakfast is the final destination before you leave and it’s our final memory of the hotel. Several items were empty and I felt guilty to keep asking. The fresh fruit was empty, no bacon, the coffee machine stopped working because it was empty and took a long time to get going, having selected my breakfast from the...

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...
