"I had the best shower and bath of my life there, there's a lot of water pressure and very hot, next to the shower is the onsen bath open all night. The staff was a friendly and attentive the installations are beautiful. They Give you are Yukata that you can wear around town to get into the onsens. I made a reservation for the Japanese style breakfast and it was delicious they serve you Tamago Onsen. Would stay again. Lovely."

"Room is clean, we had very peaceful sleep. The breakfast buffet is excellent food and variety. Our check in was very late at 1 am but the front desk gentleman is very helpful, in providing where to park and is welcoming to my daughter and me. The buffet on 16 th floor has very nice window glass view overlooking the mountains."

"Close to the train station, convenient, affordable and staff was nice. The flocks of muku-dori (grey starling) on the trees in front of the hotel were very loud through the night. The hotel didn't have laundry machine. We went to the nearby APA hotel which has coin laundry (washing/drying in one machine appliance)."
