"This was my third time staying at this hotel. It is centrally located in a heavily trafficked tourist area, so once you tire of the crowds, you’ll want to explore other interesting areas of the city, many of which are within walking distance of the hotel. My only complaint is that there was no way to control the AC in the room (they were having a heat wave) and I was freezing until I asked and received a small portable heater."

"We really enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful connecting rooms – perfect for families or groups. The location was fantastic; we were able to walk everywhere, and it was super convenient to reach the train station or catch a bus. Our only issue was with the showers. While the water pressure was excellent, the lack of a rubber seal on the bottom of the shower doors caused water to flood the bathroom floor each time we used it, which was quite a hassle. "Good location, a stone throw away from Oslo Sentral. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. It was a weekend and too many occupants in the hotel, so we were given 50 minutes for the breakfast only, otherwise I could spend two hours eating. The next day we have a early train to catch, the hotel is very considerate to prepare mini buffet breakfast from 430am for the early birds."

"Great hotel. Nice and quiet, slightly away from the main busy street, yet walkable to all the center sights, shops, restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I enjoyed hanging out in the cool lounge area with my laptop and the gym was great. Good value for money. Staff wonderful and helpful. My single room was very small although it was cute and really all I needed and was clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay here!"

"My daughter had an unexpected medical emergency which made us have to extend our stay in Oslo. "It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."
