"I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well."

"Nice location close to everything, easy check in and out , good customer service, clean room with all you need."

"Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. "nothing in particular."

"This was the most disgusting, dirty room I have stayed in in a very long time. Black mold in the toilet, shaving cream or something blue on the shower walls, trash under the bed and stains on the comforter. And the remote was so dirty and sticky. I just prayed to sleep and not get bed bugs it was so gross! I booked 4 rooms for us state XC qualifiers and all these rooms where equally as bad . So disappointed and was not worth the money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to...

"This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition."

"Nice place . It was clean , comfortable and affordable."

They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely...

"Your rooms pillows were awful- I had a very tough time falling asleep due to the most uncomfortable pillows and awoke with painful neck cramp."
