"I enjoyed the room darkening shades, room was clean AC was nice. The pool was down for maintenance. The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave."

"This was the worst place that I've stayed in the Bloomington area. There was no one at the check-in desk. My room was VERY dirty. It was not cleaned at all. The bed,at least, was made. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back. You should not be advertising this site on Expedia !!!!!! AWFUL"

"My Room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the tub, floors were filthy boogers on the wall, no soap to wash your hands they never came in to clean the room while we were there never took the trash out or even give us another trash bag the whole building is run down, not really ideal for a handicap person said they offered breakfast never saw that either"

"The property seemed to be outdated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The place looks like the pictures online. When making the reservation, I requested a lower level and handicap accessible bathroom. When we checked in, we were placed on the 4th floor with a regular bathroom. The hotel was pretty empty and we were told no other room was available. Also the reservation stated breakfast was included, during check in we were advised there is a restaurant on...
