"The staff doesn’t clean the area bedding sheets, I got a skin infection which comes from bacteria. They changed the pillow case once, Disgusting. They play loud music all night long and u can’t sleep most nights. I felt disgusting the entire night. The food was so-so. Whenever u ask for something like a desert they never have it. I don’t think they wash the towel so I never used it. Thank God I brought my own. "

"Airport shuttle is very slowly, since I call the receptionist, almost take 1.5hours to pickup me from Airport.the toilet is different with the photo show us."

"The staff was very friendly, especially Estgenet, Brooke, Fasika and Fanta. Solomon was our driver and went over and beyond to take us where we needed to go and even negotiated for us when shopping. My only suggestion would be for there to be some sort of live entertainment on the property for nights guest prefer to hang out at the hotel. Maybe karaoke, a small band or even a lounge singer"

"We were sight seeing most of the day. Room service meals were tasty. Breakfast on the last day was finally buffet style as in the pictures. No TV for two days. Bathroom was leaking. Airport shuttle driver was not helpful with our luggage out of the van. Overall customer service needs improvement as well as housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen staff was wonderful."

"We had a great stay at Hilton Addis Ababa. The service was wonderful and the large property allowed our kids to have plenty of space to run around and explore. We loved the play area right by the restaurant and the different sport activities available. Also loved the central location to several parks, sites, and activities. "

"This is a run down, filthy hotel not fit for a stay at any level. It was likely not updated in the last 20 years. The hotel really should be demolished. I left a day early and went to another hotel. This hotel was over 70 dollars per night, more expensive than most hotels. Any positive reviews out there must be from many years ago or they're not authentic. I would advise everyone to avoid this place."
