The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers

This is he best hotel in Addis Ababa. It’s located in the heart of city so most of the major attractions are just a few minutes away by car. The breakfast buffet experience is second to none - I felt like royalty. The price is expensive but I recommend anyone who can afford it to stay at this hotel at least once in their life.

The Sheraton is a wonderful place to stay in Addis Ababa. The staff is world-class in terms of friendliness and professionalism. The amenities are great. The spa and jacuzzi are segregated by gender but that's the only disappointing feature, as my wife and I wanted a couple's spa treatment or at least to share jacuzzi time together. The location is in the heart of the city yet isolated and separate, as the property is large and lush, an oasis amongst city life. The rooms and restaurants are also really good.
