"A really nice property. I wasn’t happy that I wasn’t told before hand that parking was $25 per night per vehicle. That added $58 for the weekend. The lighting in the bathrooms definitely needs to be improved. I couldn’t even put on my makeup. The couch in the living room looks good with the decor but it was sooo uncomfortable. If it was my property I would replace it. Other than that it was great. Comfortable beds. Great AC but the unit was really loud in the main bedroom it kind of disrupted...

"Not clean at all and such a bad smell that I bought a air freshener"

"I wish I knew that the rooms listed with "shared kitchen" were set up like a college honors dorm. We had our own bedroom/bath, but a block of rooms shared a kitchen and balcony. Someone decided to cook a spicy meal and the smell was overwhelming (even in our room) until the next morning. All the floors are cement so sound carries throughout the block of rooms. Clean and sufficient staff. Won't stay there again."

"I was very disappointed in this hotel the room was filthy nasty . The bedding had stains on it. When I ask for an iron board the front desk didn’t give me one I will never book this hotel again I’m begging you please don’t book this hotel . Not to mention the sink was stopping up"

"Receptionist is helpful. Maids are very dirty and do not clean even to a decent standard. Stains, sticky floors (I wiped down and disinfected after check in), mold, water damage to where the inner walls were opened for bugs to enter. Management simply needs to supervise the maids because it's causing their rooms to deteriorate more quickly due to moisture damage. Rooms have no door sweep to keep dust, debris and hot air out of the rooms. Towels and and bed sheets don't smell clean at all...

"Arrived at facility and a room wasn’t even available, was told to come back in an hour to see if the will even have one available, finally got a room however the stair case up to room had people sitting doing drugs, would not move and stairs were cracked and missing stone pieces, the room door barely closed, room was hot and humid checked out within less then and hour, still awaiting to hear back from a manager in regards to a refund"
