10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was excellent and the location was great we didn’t have breakfast but a Sunday roast and it was very good the only thing was the room was a little bit dusty "
"What a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful- not one unhappy face even though it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I like the way they have breakfast set up. You can just have quick toast, cereal, pastries, fruit or yoghurt type things from the buffet or order something more substantial from the menu and then start with buffet items while you wait. My husband had the Great British Breakfast and I had porridge with blueberries and honey from the bees on the hotel roof! Plus its included with your room.
Its a great location within a short walk of the main attractions in Bath. We also had Christmas dinner there at the Orange Artichoke restaurant with roast turkey and roasted vegetables. It was really good. My sticky toffee pudding wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was festive and plated well with a fun crushed meringue “snow”. My husband said his cheesecake was delicious.
The room was comfortable - the bed was just right and the pillows were soft and malleable just the way I like them. I felt like Goldilocks - it felt just right. The shower feels like a spa and had some lovely fig & feijoa scented toiletries.
The only thing I might possibly be unhappy about is that there’s no easy parking. The large car park is a 7 minute walk. There’s a small one that’s closer but we couldn’t find it when we were arriving and the traffic was nuts. "
"Excellent accommodation right in centre of town. Our pick was a Clean and stylish apartment for 2or4 (1 large room with divider in middle for some privacy). Great kitchen and bathroom with cowshed toiletries. Secure and clean from entrance to the apartment too"
