"Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it."

"Room was exactly as expected for a 3-star hotel. Everything was decent and definitely worth the money. There are 2 main drawbacks. 1: the ACs in the rooms are LOUD. When it turns on there are 3 LOUD clicks, and then a big crash when it turns off. I could not sleep at all and had to turn the AC off fully on my last night so I could sleep. 2: water bottles are only free for silver members??? Understand coffee and snacks not being free but charging $2.5 for a water bottle is a new level of cheap....

"Talk about nickle and dime as much as possible. The coffee was horrible and NOT free. The coffee they give in room was awful. You can get coffee downstarirs if you wait in line with 20 people and 1 staff making burnt crap coffee. No creamer. Ceilings were leaking above elevator on 2B. our rooms were supposed to be $1300.00 the hotel took 2600 from my husbands account. They said it was just a "hold" but guess what the money was still GONE! The rooms dont have fridge, microwave... what the heck...

"I was getting ready for my day when I discovered there was only one washcloth in the room. When I contacted the front desk, the staff member who was an older black woman with a wig and glasses on attempted to place the responsibility on housekeeping. She stated that she called housekeeping around 12:45 p.m. to bring additional washcloths to my room. I had plans and needed to be dressed and ready by 1:30 p.m. Unfortunately, no one ever brought the washcloths. I called the front desk again, but...

"Very clean small boutique hotel close walking distance to many restaurants. It was also walkable to Embassy Row, and the National Cathedral where we had a memorial service for a family member. The White House was a 1.5 mile easy walk where we could catch a hop on hop off bus. Staff very responsive. Continental breakfast had many items including a pancake maker, bagels, English muffins and breads, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cereal. We will stay here again if we return to DC."

"We stayed at a corner king suit. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. However, the hotel is more like an apartment hotel which is outdated, old and dark. Also, compared with numerous hotels we have stayed at, majority of the staff were unhelpful. We asked for extra blanket and they couldn’t provide it to us as there was no room service at night!
