"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. "We were surprised at how comfortable and easy the stay was at the Courtyard Marriott. The location vicinity to the airport was very accessible. The parking in and out access of the garage was easy to use and very convenient as well. They provided an umbrella during the 4th of July as there was a lot of rain which was very nice. We will definitely return and stay at this location again. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

"This was my fifth stay in under a year and The DuPont Circle Hotel continues to exceed my expectations each time. This is time there was an issue with my room and the staff quickly not only moved my room but upgraded me. Thomas was extremely helpful and took care of everything quickly and professionally when the issue with my room needed to be resolved.
