"We had a great stay here as a family of 4. Convenient, clean, and spacious as Tokyo hotel rooms go. And the staff went above and beyond in a situation where we caused a problem. We thought we had booked one more night and were out visiting sites. But our stay had expired and the staff couldn't reach us about checkout. They needed it cleaned for a new guest. "This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...
