"Don’t be fooled by the rating on here. The building is old, and the walls are extremely thin. If you end up in the first floor like I did, good luck. You’ll hear everyone above you or the ice machine running at 3 am right outside your door. I did think the room was clean, but the noise was hard to overlook. "

"tbh it looks just like the pictures, staff were the nicest people help with any question I had very nice people 10/10 the rooms were clean bathroom was clean I loved the shower, bed were clean and comfortable and if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it the only problem is the parking lol but it’s easy just have to find a spot and you don’t have to pay after 6 until 9am."

However I prepaid through Expedia and upon arrival the front desk asked for my card and id and then proceeded to charge my card for someone else’s room for over $330. While the issue was resolved and they were professional it really puts a sour taste in my mouth due to the lack of attention. "

"Clean updated hotel in good area close to shopping, dining and convention center. The restaurant had great made to order breakfast. Parking is in garage steps away from hotel. Rooftop pool was nice for a late afternoon swim."

However, the staff is on point and they all have amazing customer service from check in to check out. 🙏 Breakfast has lots of food options to choose from. 👍 House keeping does a great job rooms were clean and well stocked. 🙌 This was our 2nd time here and it won’t be our last. Thank you to your Signal Hill location"

"Everything was walking distance. Me and my woman decided to walk to the funnel house from the hotel best decision ever! And we found a lime scooter and rode back to the hotel on it. The place was clean with a lot of towels, but only one toilet paper. What’s up with that? "
