"Incredible Gym was a little small"

"The room was not as shown on their web site. There were no drawers to put anything in. The shower was very tiny. My biggest complaint was that there was no elevator and they never stated that. "

"I stayed at this hotel for less than 24 hours and unfortunately several issues affected the experience. Our room was not ready at check-in time, and we were pressured into accepting a ‘king’ room even though we reserved two queens. The bed in the room we received appeared to be a queen, not a king as stated. The hot tub — one of the main amenities we booked the hotel for — was only 83°, which is far below hot tub temperature. On top of that, around eight children were occupying the space with pool noodles and food while parents and staff did nothing to enforce the posted rules. The environment made it impossible to relax or use the amenity as intended. Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s amenities or reservation."

"Waited on the free bus for over 30 minutes and there were staff standing around but didn’t let us know until I went up and asked that the buses weren’t running and the lady gave us a unapologetic apology stating she didn’t know we were waiting even though we were sitting at the bus stop. Otherwise the hotel was great and the rest of the staff were super friendly and nice "
