"What’s not to like about stepping back in time with a stay at the Delta King Hotel. It’s docked right on the Sacramento River. The rooms are small but they have everything you need. The in room coffee is really good tasting. Both the bar and grill and the restaurant’s food were very good. Breakfast was especially tasty. There isn’t an elevator but the friendly staff helped us up with our bags. Got a room on 4th deck on the river side. We stayed 2 nights and the location is great for exploring...

"The building is incredible, and a great place to stay in the city - quiet, comfortable, and very close to everything downtown. Staff were warm and friendly, the facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable. They have a deal worked out with a lovely cafe a couple blocks away so you can get a discount on meals and drinks there. The only walkable groceries are convenience stores/bodegas, but I expected that in a city. Would highly recommend, and I'll be back anytime I need to come through...

The biggest highlights were the excellent hotel staff, who were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out easy. The bed was amazing very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially if you’re attending events at the convention center. It’s an easy walk, and there are plenty of nearby...

"The lady that checked us in was very vague about the where about the parking and nothing about the pool. She said breakfast from 6-9 (which are horrible hours if you come for a late night event) maybe extend the hours till 10:30. I had to ask her if my room key opened the gate for parking."
