"The location was great and the hotel is very cute and cosy. I was just surprised that there was no mini bar in the room. It’s unusual for a 4star hotel to not have one. Most staff are helpful and friendly but one of the staff at reception had a bit of an attitude. She was the oldest member at reception. During checkout, she made a comment to another staff and kept making faces and laughing which I find really immature and unprofessional. I also recommend less air freshener in the hotel as...

"The hotel feels like a museum that staircase is magnificent. Delicious breakfast and the staff is very friendly at the restaurant & the front. The door man was so sweet and took several pictures of me and my husband. We enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely hotel wonderful in all aspects but breakfast was never hot enough in terms of temperature. Scrambled eggs were not hot enough by the time they got to the table and my husband's muffin was burnt. please can you improve the way you heat water for tea, it just wasn't hot enough."

"We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...

"Beautiful hotel and a wonderful location. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room had a lot of space, beautifully decorated. Wonderful bathroom with a beautiful tub and rain shower. Only issue is the water will run out of the shower area and onto the floor. The AC was not working as expected and very warm. Staff did bring up 2 fans and comp us breakfast and called the technicians. The 2nd and 3rd nights were a little cooler. I’d highly recommend this hotel"
