"Room was outdated and thermostat was broken so when we arrived it was 71 degrees in the room, we turned it down to 67 and it only went up, ending at 75 degrees by the time we left. We only stayed a short night, arriving at 8p, leaving at 9a so we didn't make them change our room but did tell the staff and they said they would look into it. I assume the rooms on upper floors are updated and good. Or at least hope so."

"There were hairs everywhere on the towels, there was a stain on the pillow and the duvet cover. The shower didn’t get hot, it was barely lukewarm. It appears there hasn’t been any upkeep on the room. The room was very dated and had peeling paint. I relied on the 3 start rating and that the travel lodge was through Wyndham when booking thinking it would be better condition, but was very disappointed!"

"Very old tired, looking hotel previously owned by another owner the lobby furniture completely unacceptable stains all over furniture in the lobby. Rooms are just OK. Very old furniture very tired looking hotel very disappointed plus Expedia charged me top dollar could’ve saved 100 bucks buying a direct from the hotel very disappointed in Expedia just deleted your app."

"The room provided the basics. The bed quality was below average. The price was hefty $200 because of its location to Unuversal Studios, and not the room quality. "

"Obviously, a great price. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. This little motel has been completely redone and maintained. I wish there was a little coffee maker and a microwave, The pillows could really use some updating and replacing.. I usually don’t stay in low-cost motels like this so my expectations might be above where they should be. But overall, I was impressed."
