Liked: The convenience of being near shops, smoking allowed. Good staff. It was comfortable and cool. Did not like: The old patched up mattress. Sheets did not fit the mattress properly and was too worn out. There was only 2 bath towels. No bath mat, no wash cloths, and no hand towels. I had to ask for the missing wash cloths and hand towels, but was given only 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel to share with my husband. There should've been 2 sets of all those towels for 2 people when we checked in, like they do at other motel/hotels. Other than that, the place is okay though. It's a no frills motel and it's affordable.

Just what I needed, minus the uninvited guests

Upon arrival, I was in a hurry to do a quick check in and get to work on time. I was met by the kindness and most welcoming gentleman and his wife. He offered me a room immediately, but went above and beyond that. He said he had a nicer room available later, and if I would allow him to move my bags, he would take care of the room swap and I would return to a different, more inviting room. Talk about 5 star service! Well at 3 am I returned to a new room- simple, clean, basic necessities, and I loved it…. Until I woke up ABSOLUTELY COVERED IN TERRIBLE SPIDER BITES!!! The few days I was there, I received more bites, probably rid the planet of a colony or two with my boots and tissues, and barely slept due to painful itchy sores. I’d stay again for a discount, simply because of who runs it. But if peace and kindness costs me some nibbles, I definitely need a reduced price.

Tiny tiny bathroom, did I say “tiny”? Dirty. I carry alcohol wipes and wiped the table, for starters. My wipe was disgustingly, filthy. Chairs are old and rusty. Tv is a very cheap tv. First and last time.

The place was not clean , bed sheets have not been changed for a while, small shower - not usable for average size man. Room is very hot and no AC, no bars on window that is out to the street. And the TV shows only porn. Asked for a refund but didnt get it. very disappointed from this booking , will not use your services again.

It's a dump but I didn't expect a 4 star hotel. Stayed here for a race in Verdugo Mountains. Has refrigerator and microwave and a TV.
