"The shower was good, clean and new fixtures. The room was back from the street and quiet. The bad was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well."

"Really nice hotel to stay in and so close to Universal Studios ( very convenient location). The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a coffee, cappuccino and a hot chocolate machine located in the lobby area. Also a Bevi water machine with electrolytes, zinc, vitamins and choice of sparkling water. Definitely a game changer not having to look for Starbucks in the morning. The parking is currently $25 a night. Several reasons I am giving a 4 Star this time and not 5....

"I really enjoyed my stay here. My mom really enjoyed her day as well. Customer service was very good. The food at the bar was really good as well. The pool was comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing. The robes are super soft overall 10 out of 10 experience the location is amazing across the street from a grocery store, Starbucks and bank, eating areas, breakfast areas dry cleaners, nail salon. The location is perfect. You’re looking for a hotel in Burbank. I highly recommend this hotel."

"At check in, the desk clerk told us about the adults only pool. There are 2 pools onsite. We checked it out, and found it full of kids. The hot tub was also FULL of kids. We asked about this at check out and was told there’s no adults only pool. Room was clean. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was good. We were told to make a reservation, then arrived to find only a few other people there. No need for the reservation. It’s a nice hotel, very close to the airport. We would stay there...

"This is one of the worst hilton locations ever, the staff is rude, disrespectful and they allow theft and do nothing about it. The front desk clerk Christina needs to learn how to do her job correctly asked for housekeeping spoke to Christina three times , yet no housekeeping after being promised, I was given towels sheets and trash bags to change myself if that's the case I would of stood at motel 6, to be expected to do housekeeping job is a complete joke, not one member of tjlhe staff tried...

"Lage und Parken war super beim Hotel. Zimmer sauber und mit Kühlschrank. Jedoch kein Safe im Zimmer und in die Jahre gekommen aber für 2 Nächte ist es ok. Fitnessraum ist für nichts, Geräte funktionieren kaum, gehören geschmiert da ist besser man stellt paar Gewichte rein und fertig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr klein aber mehr braucht man nicht."

"The room was pretty dirty, almost like housekeeping replaced all the sheets and towels but didn’t clean. One of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower head barely worked and the comforter was stained. The bathroom also had the smell of mold/ mildew. We didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the bed covers and we left shortly after. Staff and parking was great and Im sure the lady meant well but the room was atrocious."

"Price was one of the more reasonable hotels in LA but we were shocked that (1) they didn't clean daily & it seems they would charge us if we asked for it (2) the kitchenette had NOTHING & we had to make several requests for the cooking utensils, dishwashing liquid, etc & maybe they had it or maybe they didn't! "No cleaning staff to be found on a Sunday. I wanted to get fresh sheets on the bed and requested fresh towels but I had to go down to front desk to get them because no one else can bring them up to my room. Coffee is $4. Guests should be given free coffee at least. Parking is sooo expensive!!! I stayed at Hotel Burbank one time and my parking was free. The lights in the bathroom keeps turning on by itself during the night. I had to get up to turn it off. Why can’t we just have a normal on/off...
