"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. "This is a classic Italian countryside villa located in a wooded area by a lake. It is just 40 minutes from the Milan Airport on the way to Lake Lugano and Switzerland. Tall ceilings, clean room with a view of the forest. There is a road in front of the property, but we could hardly hear it even during the day. They accommodated a late check in (9:30PM)."
