Hotel berdekatan Muzium dan Kastil Abergavenny

"Loved this spot! Even without the AC! Such a good overnight spot"

"A very good multiple choices of breakfast, follow staff's instructions, we got free parking near side for three days. Like most hotel in Wales this hotel also act like restauranter, pub, and hotel. The staff are so friendly, willing to take extra effort to help us out. We even like this town's living so much, wishing to come back in the future. TO LIVE."

"Beautiful location. Great breakfast."

"The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Host was helpful, and courteous. Full English breakfast was delicious."

"Lovely stay at the Bear. Food was excellent and the room clean. Staff were very helpful. Always enjoy my visit."

"The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...

"All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by."

"Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room"

"The pub was delightful. Great fish and chips. Hotel room itself was just ok. We had a leak in the roof of the bathroom Staff were very friendly. Good location"

"Great value and comfortable 2 night stay. Fab shower, blackout blind & curtains, friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely stay again when in the area"

"Disappointing. Last time we visited we had a power cut, this time we couldn’t use the bath due to plumbing issues. To cap it all breakfast was chaos. The hotel was busy due to an event, there was no filer coffee but staff left us waiting without information. No sausage, bacon, egg except one or 2 portions coming out piecemeal. No natural yogurt or fruit salad, toaster out of order. We are pretty patient but this was unnecessary if planning had been put in place. Yes the room rates are low and...

"Decent apartment, aimed at long stay I’d guess. Comfy bed No toiletries, would have liked tea, coffee, milk, kitchen roll or something kitchen wise…and a dishwasher rather than a washing machine…but as I say fine for longer stay Also lounge sofa smelt bodyish Good communication though "

"A very pleasant stay Room was lovely"

"Had a really enjoyable stay here! The staff were friendly, welcoming and more than happy to help with any questions or issues we had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a hiking trip, as it's ideally located for exploring nearby walking routes, including Pen y Fan. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my one-night stay. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again."

"We did have some checking in issues - we didn’t receive a key box code and had to ring the host at midnight. We found it quite hard to reach the host in the days leading up to the booking."
