"Staff was very accommodating. Because these are apartments, there is no 24 hour desk but there is always, at least, one person available during business hours. Our unit had a washer/dryer combo which came in handy for a long stay. The room had all the comforts of home and did a great job of incorporating those comforts in limited space. "This is a great apartment hotel. Nice location, close to shopping and dining restaurants. Reasonable price with clean and newly renovated rooms. Most importantly the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped with kitchen and laundry and also including free breakfast. Highly recommend!!"

"Without question, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Ever member of the staff was warm, professional and very courteous. The rooftop bar offers some of the best views in the city and the hotel offers more amenities that we were able to take advantage of.
