"The breakfast buffet needed some attention. There were crusty bits of eggs left and there was still an hour left for breakfast no one check on it. The trash barrel was overflowing, no tea bags and the coffee was barely warm. As far as the room it was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the sheets were pilled and very thin. Water pressure could have been stronger. There were plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. Lastly the was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallways. "

"TERRIBLE STAY!! This hotel room was dirty with food particles still on the rug. There were many stains all over the walls and the ceilings. The bathtub was absolutely filthy. So much so that we would not even take a shower in the morning. The chairs in the room where torn and scratched. The cabinets where falling apart, and the recliner and couch had rips in them. We could not wait to leave in the morning. The only reason we stayed that night was because we had nowhere else to go and had to be...

"Charming, 5 Star hospitality in a one of a kind historic location. "

"The curtains are light and do not close all the way the heavy ones only stationary and do not close, just decorations. They are too light and being on the first floor you can feel uncomfortable when you have the lights on and its dark outside. "

A 29 hour drive. Expedia told me they refused to refund and customer service is not open until Monday morning."
