"Everything was great except myself and another guest got in a little after 12am Thursday night. There was no one at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes before a gentleman appeared from down the hall. He gave no explanation, no sorry, not even a greeting. I asked for some fresh towels, and was finally on my way."

The first room we got smelled like moldy carpet and the sofabed didn't fit into the couch properly. We changed rooms which was better but not much. Smh. "What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best!
