"Staff was fantastic; truly a joy to have them around. Property was good for the price, although slightly damaged due to a recent hurricane. (Hot water didn't work until the last day I was there, but it's fixed now.) Area around the villa is pretty much "other villas" - you'll need either to rent a car, take a taxi, or walk down to the gas station to catch the bus if you want to get so the local tourist attractions. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - traditional Jamaican cuisine...

"Me alojé en Sunflower porque me parecía que era la mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona. La comunicación para el día de llegada fue perfecta. El personal es súper amable y atento. El estudio es tal cual se ve en mas fotografías con cocina y frigorífico. Todo muy limpio e impecable. El agua caliente funcionaba a la perfección (que eso es un plus en la zona). El aparcamiento era en una zona cerrada dentro del recinto. Si vuelvo a Jamaica, repetiré sin duda. "

"TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. "This is an ideal family oriented gateway. The pool was awesome, the rooms were clean and spacious and the many planted trees and flowers brought ambience to the outdoors. Kevin and Lorraine were very accomodating as well. We experienced few minor issues with the bathroom plumbing and AC units but our overall stay was terrific. We will definitively be back again."

"The property was thirty minutes from the location on the map in the listing. Rather than walking on foot into Ocho Rios we had to drive 30 minutes each way! The pool and gym in front of the house were nice."
