"There were positives and negatives to our stay. The public areas and bar area were welcoming, clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and polite. While our room was clean and comfortable it was very much in need of a refurb. The bathroom was clean and functional but very tatty in places, especially the window area. Toiletries were provided, but as only product was a combined hand wash, body wash and shampoo they couldn’t be described as luxurious. Our main disappointment was when we were woken before 8am as workman were working on the unoccupied rooms along our corridor. This included removing the furniture into the corridor and taking up the carpets. We were not informed at check-in that the work was planned. The hotel is in a quiet area of Harrogate just 5 minutes walk into the town centre. Ample onsite parking although there is a £12/night charge. "

"The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well maintained. The only slight problem was the shower was very slow to drain away and at one point I was worried the water was going to go over the top of the shower tray. (But it didn't) We didn't cook in the apartment but it had everything you would need if you choose to. There was even a dishwasher and washing machine. It was very to town and easy to find and easy to check in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Harrogate. "

"The grounds and building was beautiful, nipping clean. Breakfast was beautiful quality and plenty of choice, self serve coffee machines however I can’t drink cows milk so the staff were happy to freshly make me an oat milk latte. The spa was beautiful plenty of lounges and the hot tub outdoor was a nice wake up the next morning in the fresh air"

"Really good little budget room, thoughtfully decorated. It's a small place and when you walk in you might think "Oh no!", because it doesn't seem that bright, but I stayed on a rainy winter evening, so that might have been a factor. But, when I got in the room it was lovely, modern decor, kettle and tea/coffee, great bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff who met me at the door with key and instructions."
