"The 10th floor at the Conrad Washington was exquisite. The staff catered to our every need, the common room was open for breakfast and dinner as well as 24 hours a day for snacks and drinks. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and we felt right at home. The bedding and amenities were excellent."

"Overall this place was fantastic, but there was one big problem. There's about a 1 inch marble lip on the floor transition from the bedroom to the bathroom area. Myself and other guests tripped over it repeatedly, badly bruising our toes and feet in general. One guy told me they put a bath towel over the transition to help cushion it, but I didn't hear that til Day 4 of a 5 day stay, with one toes possibly broken on my right foot. Seriously. "We could not have had a better experience at CitizenM NOMA. The staff was exceptionally kind. The vibes were immaculate - very inclusive and welcoming. They also have the most efficient check-in/check-out I have ever experienced - no waiting in line to check in! The area is also perfect- close to everything but not in the middle of everything and in an area that felt safe, fun and inclusive."

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Everything is comfortable too. Also, the Wharf area has plenty of food, entertainment and nightlife. It was just a short Uber away from the National Theater and the National Gallery of Art. We didn’t walk because we were with my mother-in-law and it was the usual DC summer sauna. It is totally walkable at other times of the year. I love this hotel."
