"The property is spectacular. Only thing I found utterly ridiculous is the pool being closed until “next summer.” It’s Oct 7 and 95 degrees in Shreveport. I hope they read this and leave the pool open year round. Let the guests decide if it’s a good pool day in a Gulf Coast state!!! Website says nothing but the million dollar pool is all over it. Too bad it’s closed Oct-June. Just Dumb! …and false advertising IMO. Do better LIVE people."

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The rooms were spotless, the beds were cozy, and everything felt fresh. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, welcoming, and professional, which made a huge difference after the experience we had just come from.
