"Very modern hotel that was conveniently located to the city centre"

"Todo 10 de 10 . La atencion, el lugar, ubicación. No podria ser mejor. Ampliamente recomendado.."

"It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. My window was facing directly to Duomo and it was breathtaking. The breakfast was included with our stay at a nearby historic cafe, very delicious . Andrea was extremely helpful, I arrived after 7:00 pm, but he was kind enough to wait for me to help me check in. He also had great recommendations and arranged my transportation back to the airport. Needless to say that location is spectacular! Will...

"Very friendly staff"

"The property was incredible. Very comfortable beds, very large living areas, amenities were readily available with cleaning service daily. Great hosts who were great at communicating, offered suggestions, and allowed for luggage storage even after check out. Prime location next to the David (can be slightly louder from the street in the morning on that one side, but not too bothersome). Overall an excellent stay!"

"Loved our stay. Super spacious and central"

"this was the perfect place to stay for 2 nights in florence. it was comfortable, the room was spacious and it suited all our needs. highly recommend!"

"This wasn’t like an American hotel. The elevator was small. Didn’t seem very handicap accessible. The hallways were a little confusing to navigate. But. The staff was great. The room was nice. And you are right next to the tourist attractions."

"Super nice staff. Room was hot and it made it hard to sleep. The window doesn’t open, and we got back late most nights. I also didn’t report the issue to staff. I would still recommend. This place is close to attractions and the train station."

"very nice clean well appointed hotel. staff was awesome. good location also."

"The owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!"

"My stay here was wonderful. Barbara is a true gem who will make you feel at home. The hotel is convenient to everything and is very charming. Delicious breakfast ."
