She went well above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed. She not only corrected the issues but also made up for the mishaps, immediately. "The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere and beautiful design with good amenities. The shower and kitchen appliances worked well, and the host was friendly and helpful via messages despite occasional slow replies. Minor issues included internal doors rubbing the floor, a broken trash bin lid, a slightly loose toilet causing noise, and morning noise in the Daydream room near the entrance and stairs, though none ruined my stay. I hope to stay there again."
