"Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels...

"Perfect base to explore Krakow. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including fridge ( stocked with a mini bar) microwave, hob, safe, ironing board and super hot and powerful shower. Everything was spotless and when the outside temperature was -12 our room was warm and cosy. The breakfast had everything you could think off, from cereal, bacon, eggs to homemade jams, fresh honey comb and everything inbetween. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day and staff are friendly...

"Loved this hotel. Our suite was enormous and everything was in tip-top condition. Master bedroom with ensuite, living room with addition WC. 2 giant TVs, a chromecast on the bedroom TV which was great as we quickly got bored of the handful of English language stations and we were able to access some of our favourite streamers. Staff were all really kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring Krakow. "
