"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"オールドシティの目抜き通りから一本離れ、落ち着いて宿泊出来ました。緑地と地下道を通ると駅やバスターミナルまで10分程度なので、市内観光やアウシュビッツまで出掛けるにも便利です。でも何より、バスルームはじめ館内が清潔、スタッフもフレンドリー、朝ご飯も美味しいです。私の部屋にはキッチンは備えて無かったですが、パンを切るナイフなど遠慮せずにリクエストすれば貸してもらえます。ともかくおすすめホテルです。"

"Just returned back home after staying at Leonardo Boutique Hotel for a long weekend.
Had a perfect stay. The hotel was vey clean, beds very comfortable, towels changed every day . The staff are lovely and approachable.
At our request the staff also arranged private transfers to and from the airport roughly £30 each way. Just drop the hotel a message if you require this.
The hotel is within roughly 5 minutes walking distance of the Jewish quarter and krakow main square.
