"The staff are excellent. I got a room on the top floor. Didn't use the pool but it looks great. The hotel offers a very good breakfast, fast service. So many restaurants in the area. The Shipyards area has a great atmosphere. The room fridge has drinks of every description."

"Music at the bar within the hotel building was very loud during the night, thank God it stopped within an hour- before bedtime. If you have little kids that have to go to bed early I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Room is quite old & need a refresh."

"Keefer House is for people who want to feel at home while away from home. I was so impressed with how clean & stocked up the room was. The room was beautiful & comfortable. There is no front desk but Juan who works onsite was super helpful along with the remote staff who helped guide my stay. Can’t wait to stay at the Keefer House again! "

"The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are lovely and large. The restaurant had very tasty food. I honestly think this is the best...

"We had a nice king room. Water in the fridge and complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Bed was a bit soft for us, but we still had a good sleep. The location was amazing, walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, etc. $50 for parking was a bit expensive."

"If busy time of year eg Christmas, recommend getting front desk to recommend best breakfast time or say what current conditions were. We had to wait 25 mins to be seated and then there’s was only 15 mins for breakfast left. Staff excellent in that if some dish was not available they said they’d bring out more. If anything I felt sad for the families who loaded up their plates like a mini mountain with a gray buffet mix and then didn’t eat. A lesson to my own family to be mindful :-) . "

"5-Star Service Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service.
