"I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. "I had no idea how nice this property really was. I have stayed in many fine big name hotels for work and have been impressed and when we walked into this hotel, I knew instantly by the level of service that this was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. The room was immaculate, high tech, and luxurious. Because of the downtown location, you can walk most places, catch an Uber, or take Public Transportation. I plan on returning here again."

"Our room was very nice. Plenty of room. Nice large living area with beautiful views of the port & ocean. The hotel was very clean and it’s so close to the port, we were able to walk all our luggage there within a few minutes. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for any occasion and especially if you plan on boarding a cruise ship at the port. "
