"Amazing experience! Worth every dollar!"

"My only suggestions. The batteries in the rechargeable TV remotes die too quickly and the room service ordering software on the tablet was lacking pictures. Options for an omelet were red and unavailable to select. So unless they were out of eggs, that was an issue. And the bedside tablet nightlight is nice, but too bright. These were a struggle to come up with because the service was impeccable."

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"First time in Chicago. No room service which sucked but everything else was great."

It smelled so good as you walk in. Excellent location ! walking distance to everything . I was upgrade to the Riverview room . The view was exceptional !Everybody that worked there was extremely friendly and kind. We received A+ hospitality. Thank you for making my birthday so special!"
