"We enjoyed the location. It is walkable to so many squares, Christmas Markets, and historical sites. The complimentary sparkling rose, coffee, water, and pastries were a treat. The best by far was the complimentary city tour given by Peder. The staff escorted us to the sister hotel, where we were then treated to a complimentary hat, water, and a fantastic local expert tour of the city. "Excellent location, just off Rossio Square. Literally 1 min walk from the McDonalds so put in McDonald's address from the airport. Beautiful carpet in hallways and room, and solid wooden shutters, all maing the room almost sound proof. A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. One alley over from the square so perfect for the noise reduction. Highly recommend! "

"The is the best hotel I stayed in Europe so far. The staffs are polite. When I opened the room door. They already have two Pastel de Nata and a bottle of champagne on the table. The breakfast are amazing. You can order hot food from the menu. They are fine dinning quality. Location are perfect for shopping. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again next time. Great Job !
