"Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy."

"My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. "

"A piece of the countryside within the city’s walls, the hotel is located away from the old town. It is best suited to visitors coming by car or to those ready to use bicycles to get around locally. "Gordijn was te smal, geen enkele kleerhanger, slechte WIFI verbinding, geen bekers in de badkamer en er was een 1 persoonsbed en een weifelaar van 1.20. GEEN 2 persoonsbed dus en de laatste was van een bedroevende kwaliteit. Kraakte als de ziekte. Kortom zeker geen aanbeveling. En danheb ik het nog niet over de ontvangst gehad."

"Large, comfortable rooms, well equipped. Extremely nice staff, who went out of their way to be helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet street that felt safe at night, and was an easily walkable distance from the centro historico. No negatives!"

"We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy.
The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service.
The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up.
The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."
