Location is good. Issue is not a human being on site. All is done virtually. Unsure if a human or AI behind it. We tripped with code to entry door to house (incorrect one was sent) and called a number and individual barely spoke English. He appears to take calls for multiple boutique hotels.

The apartment was clean located in a safe area and 15 minutes walk to the city center. Other than that: there was no W-Fi, not enough light in the kitchen area, the bathroom was incredible small, hardly one can seat on the toilet, the shower box was very small and extremely slippery.
