"Beauty, comfort and location!..The bed is comfortable, the location is only 10 minutes walk to the duomo, but located in a quiet place. The kitchen is complete and there is a grocery store only 2 minutes from the hotel. The bathroom is beautifully made with mármol floors.. there is even laundry machines in the common area… Ovewrwll great!.."

"The room was clean and cleaned during our stay as well. There are a few places next to the hotel, including a gelateria which was very nice. There are a few restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away but the metro station is a 2 minute walk away. We were able to get to a restaurant on the other side of Milan in 30 minutes. Great location and friendly staff. Would recommend to other couples looking for a city holiday."

"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"Th staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but in need of upgrades (the bathroom in particular). The baseboard was separating from the wall, the floor seemed to buckle in certain areas from moisture i guess and the shower showed definite signs of wear."

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel, bagage mocht na uitchecken achter de receptie. Je kon bij de receptie water,koud of bruisend water pakken en ook koffie. Kortom zeer goed geregeld. Als je een taxi nodig had (die trouwens goed te betalen zijn) regelde de receptie dat met 1 druk op de knop en in notime stond de taxi op de stoep. Aanrader dit hotel als je Milaan gaat bezoeken!"

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique, à taille humaine, avec de belles chambres récemment rénovées et de superbes salles de bain. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, professionnel et efficace. Un gros coup de cœur pour les nombreux extras inclus : tout le contenu du minibar est gratuit (boissons et friandises), tout comme les collations et boissons offertes à la réception. "I am aware we have no control over the weather but to have the air conditioning not working which makes the room a furnace and basically impossible to sleep at night is poor. When asked about back up options in relation to a fan to help my family sleep at night I didn’t get an answer back… Its unfortunate as the property was nice and clean just a shame the experience of no air conditioning and no other options for a cool room hampered the trip"
